Providing high-level administrative and operational support, the full-time Remote Executive Assistant will manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle business communications while working in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and maintain daily scheduling priorities Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics for the CEO Draft, edit, and manage emails, reports, and other business communications on behalf of the CEO Required qualifications Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative support role is preferred Advanced English skills in verbal and written communication are required Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment
